The three components are as follows: creating a process, how to make advertising actually work, and how to use your show to grow your business.
Through these three steps, Slate has been able to rapidly expand his business and podcast. He founded Create Your Own Life Podcast, which has over one and a half million downloads. He has guided many podcasters through this process, some go on and have booked dream guests like Seth Godin, while others have freed themselves from podcasting hobby status and others have seen big download increases.
