ALEXANDRIA, Va. (April 7, 2017) – The National Credit Union Administration Board has scheduled a special closed meeting for Wednesday, April 12, 2017, beginning at 1 p.m.

The meeting is being called to allow the Board to consider a supervisory action and is closed pursuant to exemptions in Section 791.12 (8), (9), and (9) (ii) of NCUA’s regulations.
