Quantum Workplace Launches Performance Management App

A 5-star app for managing and monitoring employee performance on-the-go, now available for both iOS and Android devices.

Omaha, NE, October 01, 2019 –(PR.com)– Quantum Workplace announced the launch of its new performance management app that gives customers the ability to build better cultures on-the-go.

The native app allows managers and employees to access real-time performance management features like live goal updates, peer recognition posts, and job feedback right from their mobile devices. But visibility isn’t the only benefit. Users can also actively engage in 1-on-1 conversations, give feedback to peers or direct reports, and more.

“We help organizations build winning cultures with simple tools that work wherever employees work – this app is a reflection of that,” said Phil Haussler, VP of Product at Quantum Workplace. “Our continuous feedback platform aims to help managers and teams make work better every day. Putting that power in their pockets will drive adoption and usage to further deliver on that mission.”

Quantum Workplace’s performance management features — including peer-to-peer recognition, goal setting and tracking, ongoing 1-on-1 conversations, and 360 feedback — have always been mobile-friendly, but the app has taken the software’s usability to the next level. More than 500 downloads and a 5-star rating show early signs of success.

“This app is so easy to use and makes giving feedback super simple,” said one app user. “I spend a lot of time in airports and Lyfts, so with the downtime between meetings I open this up and recognize my team or provide coaching while out of the office.”

Features of the Quantum Workplace App allow managers and employees to:

Conduct effective 1-on-1s: easily reference agendas and discussion points or take notes so nothing slips through the cracks.

Give real-time recognition: show appreciation in the moment and view real-time recognition of teammates and direct reports.

Track progress on goals: stay in-the-know with live updates on employee goals.

Give or receive feedback: review or submit performance feedback in-the-moment.

Make a private note: log a private note to capture conversation snippets and reminders for later.

The Quantum Workplace mobile app is free for all Quantum Workplace customers and available on the iOS App Store and Google Play. Feature capabilities will continue to evolve with the intention to make performance management more accessible and meet users where they work.
