Communiqué relatif à la mise en paiement de la distribution décidée par
l’Assemblée générale ordinaire du 07 juin 2019
L’Assemblée générale ordinaire du 07 juin 2019 a décidé de mettre en distribution, à titre de dividendes, la somme de 1.334.367,29 euros, soit 0,0091 euro par action.
Le Conseil d’administration de la société Acanthe Développement qui s’est réuni à cet effet a décidé des modalités de mise en paiement de cette distribution.
Le détachement du coupon a été fixé au jeudi 26 septembre 2019 et la mise en paiement interviendra le lundi 30 septembre 2019.
