UPDATE: Announcement of Nationwide Consumer Fraud Enforcement Initiative Rescheduled for Oct. 13

The Federal Trade Commission and attorneys general in 11 states and the District of Columbia will issue an announcement on Friday, Oct. 13 at 10:30 a.m. CT/11:30 a.m. ET regarding a major coordinated consumer fraud enforcement initiative. The announcement will be posted on FTC.gov. Senior officials from the FTC and the offices of the state attorneys general will be available for telephone interviews upon request.
