How To Participate in FTC’s Fintech Forum On Marketplace Lending

The Federal Trade Commission’s Fintech Forum on marketplace lending is being held tomorrow, June 9, 2016, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. FTC Chairwoman Edith Ramirez will provide opening remarks.

The event will feature panels panel exploring the current state of marketplace lending and its implications for consumers, as well as the future of marketplace lending and how best to protect consumers as the market evolves.

IN PERSON: The forum will be held in the conference rooms at the FTC’s Constitution Center offices, 400 7th Street SW, Washington, DC.

Registration and security screening will open at 8:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 9:30 a.m. The event is free and open to the public. No pre-registration is required.

Please note that ongoing repair work on the Washington Metro, particularly the Orange, Blue and Silver Lines, could increase travel times. Attendees are encouraged to plan accordingly.
