FTC to Host PrivacyCon 2019 Examining Latest Privacy, Data Security Research

WHAT: The Federal Trade Commission will host PrivacyCon 2019 to examine the latest research and trends related to consumer privacy and data security. WHEN: Thursday, June 27, 9:15 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET (Doors open at 8:15 a.m. ET) WHERE: Constitution Center

Washington, D.C. 20024 WHO: The event will feature opening remarks by FTC Chairman Joe Simons as well as presentations and discussions on a variety of privacy and data security research. WEBCAST: PrivacyCon 2019 will be webcast. The webcast link will be posted to the event page on the day of the workshop. TWITTER: The event will be tweeted live from the FTC’s Twitter page (@FTC) using the hashtag #PrivacyCon19.
