FTC to Hold Workshop Tomorrow Regarding the Impact of Certificates of Public Advantage

WHAT: The Federal Trade Commission will host a workshop titled A Health Check on COPAs. FTC Chairman Joseph J. Simons will give the opening address. WHEN: Tuesday June 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. EDT WHERE: Constitution Center

Washington, D.C. 20024 WHO: Academics, health policy experts, healthcare industry stakeholders, state regulators and law enforcement officials, and FTC staff will discuss empirical research on the effects of COPAs, and practical experiences with COPAs. WEBCAST: The link for the live webcast of the workshop will be posted on the workshop page before the event begins. TWITTER: The workshop will be tweeted live from the FTC’s Twitter page (@FTC) using the hashtag #CopaFTC.
