WHAT: The Federal Trade Commission will hold a press conference on Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. CT (11:30 ET), to announce a complaint against a “debt collector” who allegedly worked with a call center in India to trick consumers into paying debts they did not owe.
